The workshop will include 3 breakfasts, breaks, 2 lunches, and a welcome reception. Hotel rooms will be available at the Denver West Marriott for $159/night. Book your room now before the workshop hotel is full.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to Meeting Manager Heather Clark (heather@aegweb.org). Verbal requests will not be accepted. Refunds may be issued 4-6 weeks after the close of the workshop.

For cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the start of the Workshop: A $75 processing fee will be applied.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.
No refunds will be issued within 15 days of the start of the Workshop Special consideration will be given for verifiable personal and medical emergencies.
